Deepening Our Relationship with God

James 2:19 - "You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder." John 10:14-15 - "I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me— just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep." Matthew 7:21-23 - "Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!" Psalm 62:8 - "Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge." Jeremiah 33:3 - "‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know." John 4:24 - "God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth." Hebrews 4:12 - "For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart." James 2:26 - "As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead."
